Control software with a user-friendly interface enables stand-alone or coordinated network operation for multiple units and permits BMS integration. Air conditioners can be packaged with humidity control, electrical heaters, air intake and discharge plenums, and other factory-fitted accessories.

COOLING COILS

All-aluminum microchannel cooling coils contribute to enhanced heat transfer efficiency, low fan power draw, and less overall unit weight.

Being far less vulnerable to clogging and bacterial growth than conventional finned pack coils, microchannel cooling coils contribute to higher air quality and simplify unit maintenance.

Optionally available antifouling surface treatments and high-performance air filters (filtration classes up to ISO ePM1 90%) ensure maximum indoor air quality for Compact CW users.

FAN SYSTEM

Compact CW air conditioning units are equipped with radial fans and feature low power consumption and quiet operation. EC-motors enable smooth control of the airflow matching the actual cooling demand, also contributing to power savings not available for AC-driven fans.

Airflow configurations include downflow with air suction from the top and frontal or bottom discharge and upflow with frontal air suction and discharge from the unit top.

The units can be configured with motorized dampers to prevent reverse airflow when the system is switched off or function in standby mode

CONTROL SOFTWARE

POWERFUL AND EASY SYSTEM MANAGEMENT

The control system of Compact CW air conditioners is the latest generation controller with the logic specially developed for chilled water air handlers. The software offers advanced control functionality for stand-alone and network operations, monitoring and diagnostics capabilities – locally or remotely.

Users can adopt various control strategies based on either continuous temperature control, or on-demand airflow control, or constant pressure control.

FLOW CONTROL

The Compact CW air cooling system is highly adaptive to changing loads. Constantly measuring the thermal parameters of the cooled space, the system adjusts water flow through the cooling coil and bypass with the use of a two-way valve system. With an intelligent balancing system, commissioning time and maintenance costs can be significantly reduced, and proper system function is guaranteed.
