Insulation: 14 cm of isovlas (natural flax insulation that regulates humidity)
Many reused and circular materials used throughout (details available in the included permit PDF)

Rainwater harvesting: Two tanks with a total of 2000 liters
Greywater filtration: Collected in a sediment tank, pumped to a helophyte filter for purification
